Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Financial institution based in Bahrain is looking to recruit IT Help Desk to support the end-users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (Hardware, software, networking & IT Security).

This role is responsible for the management of the company’s IT assets, including Desktops, Printers and relevant devices.

• Manages the operation, and support of the company’s Helpdesk, Printers hardware infrastructure, including selection, installation, and maintenance.
• Provide Remote Support over the phone if required
• Manage upgrades in software and hardware.

Requirements

The candidate must have:

• B.Sc. holder as minimum in related fields.
• Work-related experience between 2 to 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comptia A+/Network+ (Preferred).
