Job Title: IT Operator – IT Support Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time
Duration: 12 Months
Work Location: Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Operator to join our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will provide first-line support for IT operations, ensuring the smooth running of banking systems, channels, applications, and networks. This role involves shift-based work, monitoring systems, handling user support requests, and generating reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily IT operational tasks to ensure continuity of banking services and system availability.
• Monitor critical systems, applications, servers, and network performance; escalate issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
• Respond to end-user support requests related to system access, performance, and functionality.
• Generate accurate and timely reports from banking systems as requested by business users and management.
• Maintain adherence to AS/400 application standards and operational procedures.
• Document incidents, solutions, and recurring issues in the helpdesk system for analysis and future reference.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to support system upgrades, patching, and planned maintenance activities.

• Academic Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience: Less than 1 year (entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply)
• Preferred Industry Experience: Banking or financial sector
• Preferred Functional Experience: IT Operations or Technical Support

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Ad Hoc Reporting
• Strong understanding of Data Access and Reporting practices
• Working knowledge of AS/400 Applications Standards and Procedures

Language Proficiency:
• English: Proficient (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Translating)
• Arabic: Proficient (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Translating)

Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays, as needed)

Salary:
BHD 1,200 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
