Junior Chef

Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Chef to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, craft delicious and nutritious meals, and bring creativity to our menu.

Key Responsibility

• Sandwich & Salad Preparation: Create fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and salads, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Fresh Juice Production: Prepare healthy fruit and vegetable juices while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Healthy Snacks: Develop nutritious snacks like energy balls, brownies, and cakes, staying updated on health trends.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health regulations; assist with inventory management.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand dietary needs, and provide recommendations.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong passion for healthy eating and cooking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Salary:
BHD 350 to 450 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
