Job description / Role
The Junior Human Resources Specialist assists in various tasks in the HR Unit/sub-function to support the department in offering high quality services across the business.
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high standards of HR practices through providing professional advice and guidance to employees/ customers on HR issues
• Gather and preserve an HR database while ensuring maintenance of accurate and updated statistical data and employee records
• Ensure proper communication with internal and external parties to offer optimal quality of HR services
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
