Job description / Role
The Junior Human Resources Specialist assists in various tasks in the HR Unit/sub-function to support the department in offering high quality services across the business.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high standards of HR practices through providing professional advice and guidance to employees/ customers on HR issues
Gather and preserve an HR database while ensuring maintenance of accurate and updated statistical data and employee records
Ensure proper communication with internal and external parties to offer optimal quality of HR services
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
