Employment: Full Time

The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will focus on improving employee performance and cultivating a culture of continuous learning within the organization. This position will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing effective learning programs, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives. The L&D Specialist will collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop tailored training solutions that align with organizational goals and support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training needs within the organization.
• Program Development: Design and develop engaging training programs and materials that align with organizational objectives.
• Delivery of Training: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional methods and technologies. Facilitate learning programs that help employees adapt to organizational changes, new technologies, and processes.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Utilize data and analytics to assess training effectiveness and inform future learning initiatives.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage the LMS, ensuring that training content is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
• Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with SMEs to develop specialized training content and ensure accuracy and relevance. Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Communication and Reporting: Communicate training plans and outcomes to stakeholders and report on the progress of learning initiatives.
• Support for Career Development: Assist employees in creating personalized development plans and provide resources for continuous learning.
• Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Promote diversity and inclusion in training programs, ensuring equitable access for all employees.
• Continuous Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Proven experience (at least 3+ years) in learning and development, training facilitation, or instructional design, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs to address them.
• Proficient in using various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
