Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are urgently seeking to hire a Legal Administrator who will handle legal affairs of our clients' President & CEO's private office. Our client is a fancy group of 5 stars outlets from different sectors. The role is equivalent of a junior paralegal who will handle the company's' contracts and pursue litigation at court when needed.

The daily tasks will include the below:
• Review legal text and advise management on legal implications, policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
• Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
• Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management meetings
• Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
• Conducting research in legal matters

Requirements

• Law Degree is a must
• Accomplished Shariah exam
• Fluent in English
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Keen observation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Impressive communication skills
