Job description / Role
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and customers.
- Follow up on payment terms and ensure timely payments are made and received.
- Prepare legal correspondence, including letters and notices to stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
- Assist in the management of compliance and regulatory matters.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to address legal concerns and provide guidance.
- Assist in dispute resolution and mediation processes.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- Knowledge of Bahrain Law, including but not limited to a strong understanding of contract law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a legal setting.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
BHD
500 to 700
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
