Legal Counsel - Bahrain
Aventus is currently working with a multi-national in Bahrain who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their company.
The purpose of this role is principally to provide legal advice and support to various departments within the Company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the Company\'s compliance with applicable rules and regulations with respect to company dealings.
• Advise on / review / prepare contractual agreements with third parties, for and on behalf of all business units of the Company.
• Ensure the Company is updated on related developments.
• Advise and process requirements with the regulatory authorities, pertaining to subsidiaries to be established or already established by the Company, such as review of constituent documents, amendments to constituent documents etc.
Requirements
• At least 4-7 years of experience in legal practice, gained with a reputable international law firm (including strong CC recognized GCC regional firms) and/or strong in-house corporate legal department.
• Very strong Commercial contracts background
• Excellent written and spoken English language fluency
• Already living in the GCC is preferred
