Our client, a reputed and well recognized Islamic Investment bank has an opening for: Legal Secretary

Job Outputs and Responsibilities
• Candidate is responsible for providing efficient and quality coordination and administrative assistance and support to the Legal Department.
• Schedule and organize meetings and conferences;
• Welcome guests, posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage, maintains and evaluate office inventory supplies including stocking and replenishing orders accurately
• Value the essence of Executive time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications preparing content, presentation materials, reports as needed
• Maintains executive's appointments, travel schedules and handle their visa, flight and hotel bookings
• Coordinate, sort and distribute all the Department Heads internal and external mails
• Handle expenses and reimbursement to Legal Department executives for travel and their bank working partners for projects/programs
• Prepare and type all documents, correspondence letters and memos in Arabic and or English when instructed or as required;
• Maintain records and documents efficiently. Follow the policies procedures rules and regulations of the Bank at best. Uphold the bank’s corporate image and values. Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Updating the Deal and Credit Files lists and records for each investment project.

Requirements

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years similar experience in Banking or Financial Services environment;
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Arabic)
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritise and screen out low priority tasks
• Work independently and in a team atmosphere
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Report writing will be an added asset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of the protocol appropriate to executive support
• Experience in preparation of materials for meetings and activities
• High-level administrative and secretarial skills and versatility in the use of office equipment and technologies.
