Legal Translator

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading insurer with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. With a legacy spanning over 70 years, the company has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional services in diverse sectors. They are currently looking to hire a Legal Translator to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective translation services between English and Arabic.
- Type Arabic letters and legal documentation as required.
- Translate new laws or circulars.
- Liaise with external translation companies when needed.
- Maintain legal archives (physical and digital).
- Perform related duties to support company activities and profitability.
- Deliver services to meet and exceed expectations.
- Contribute to continual productivity and cost improvement.
- Create positive ongoing working relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders as a priority of focus. Ensure there is regular contact with all functions to address all learning related areas.

- High communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Insurance knowledge is an advantage as this will help in efficient translation.
