Logistics Coordinator

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination KRA: Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods
• Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control KRA: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
• Documentation & Compliance KRA: Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including import/export, customs, and internal logs

• Vendor & Transporter Coordination KRA: Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods
• Reporting & Communication KRA: Timely and accurate reporting of logistics performance and daily operational updates.
• Cost Efficiency & Optimization KRA: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce logistics and handling costs
