Job description / Role
Client is a Project Management Consultancy who manage projects across the Middle East ranging from Infrastructure, Mixed-use development and residential and they are looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor
The Managing QS will be responsible for the full range of commercial issues from the procurement through to dealing with final payment accounts as well as contract management, costing and financial reporting.
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience of managing a large team
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or an Engineering related field
• Minimum of 15 year’s experience
• Experience of being a team leader of large-scale mixed-use development projects
• Working experience in the Construction or Engineering industry in the Middle East
It is important for this position that you have strong management skills having managed a team previously. Please note that you don’t necessarily need to live in the GCC now, but have had at least 4 years working experience in the MENA region.
