The Marketing and Graphic Designer In-Charge plays a key role in enhancing the company’s brand image through visual content creation and marketing support. The role involves developing marketing materials, managing digital content, and supporting various campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Branding:
• Design visual assets including flyers, posters, menus, social media posts, packaging, and event materials. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Digital Content Creation:
• Develop engaging content for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and promotional videos. Manage design schedules and content calendars.
Campaign & Marketing Support:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities. Provide creative input and visual assets as needed.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with operations, HR, and management to fulfill design requests and marketing requirements.
Print & Production Coordination:
• Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output of materials and manage production timelines.
Research & Innovation:
• Stay up to date with design trends, competitor branding, and digital marketing best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Strong visual design skills and creative thinking.
• Experience in content creation for social media and digital platforms.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Salary:
BHD
300 to 350
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
