Design and develop the Marketing and Trade marketing plans for the Middle East and Africa businesses. Also responsible for the development and analysis of category and shopper insights that will enable the business growth.

* Develop and execute strategic brand and trade marketing plans, ensuring optimal investment and budget allocation.
* Drive brand presence across markets, channels, and e-commerce while optimizing portfolio positioning and distribution.
* Manage media campaigns, trade marketing activities, and agency relationships to maximize brand equity and sales performance.
* Analyze market research, consumer insights, and in-store performance to inform strategic decisions and promotional effectiveness.
* Oversee budget adherence, trade marketing execution, and performance monitoring to ensure continuous business growth.
