Role Purpose

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for the purpose of promoting our companies various businesses. In this role, you will optimize our marketing strategy and apply your knowledge to increase brand
recognition and profitability across businesses.

Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to promote our services and attract customers.
• Develop effective marketing initiatives and take full responsibility for their execution from conception to completion.
• Provide interesting content for all our company websites that will appeal to and convert our target audiences.
• Prepare and oversee the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and ensure appropriate allocation for optimized returns.
• Evaluate customer behaviour and make appropriate adjustments to advertising efforts.
• Collect market and consumer data to guide outreach efforts, boost customer conversion rates, and provide more opportunities for growth.
• Determine the success and impact of marketing campaigns, using tracking and analysis and optimize them accordingly.

• The successful candidate will evidence:
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding, including but not limited to, online marketing and social media strategy.
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.

Salary:
BHD 1,200 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
