Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading Architectural Consultancy, with good high-rise projects in Bahrain, looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Perform system / concept designs.
• Prepare final drawing, BOQ and Specification and related calculation.
• Coordinate with other related discipline for builders work and space requirement; analyze parts, components, assemblies, sub-assemblies and systems.
• Produce associated drawings in ACAD and prepare BOQ, Specification and related documents.
• Evaluation of Bid documents and Review of shop drawings.
• Perform engineering duties that require exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices.
• Implementation in accordance to instructions, drawings, proposal, specification and other important information.
• Establish priorities, formats, and instructions.
• Quality and quantity monitoring, evaluation of work progress and reporting.
• Investigates technical problems and establish procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
• Assumes design and engineering responsibility for major phases of engineering activity.
• Attend technical meeting to resolve technical issues.
• Implement safety and good housekeeping practice.

Requirements

• Excellent mechanical design and site supervision experience.
• Consultancy background.
• COEPP- Grade A Certified
• Mechanical design experience of Buildings; Hotels, Residential, Malls, Towers, Hospitals, Administration etc
