Job description / Role
A leading Middle East MEP Contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager for a large residential development in Bahrain.
You will be required plan and control the day to day commercial activities of the project and manage a team of multi cultured quantity surveyors.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years experience (5 of which in MEP), be experienced working with multi million Dollar MEP projects, have experience working in a contracting environment and have experience on a wide range of building types such as commercial, residential, high rise & hospitals.
