Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Manager - Financial Services - Bahrain - Arab National

Client is a leading financial services Firm is looking to recruit ARABIC SPEAKING M&A Managers who MUST have experience in Commercial Due Diligence, Valuation and M&A full cycle within banking and financial services industry. Candidates with a specialization in the following areas are preferred: Basel III, capital adequacy, Credit and retail portfolio, Accountancy.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager is to lead projects and develop business strategies and operations improvement plans throughout all stages of transformation projects.

You will also act as a primary resource in assisting to develop innovative long term strategic plans focusing on top and bottom line for the FS industries.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 – 7 years relevant experience showing progressive promotion
- A Minimum of Masters’ degree
- Prior experience with a leading consultancy or bank
- Preferred certifications: Chartered Accountant, CIMA or CFA
- Strong intellectual & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment
- Possess tremendous drive, energy, positivity, ability to work autonomously and as a team player, and ability to be highly analytical and financially savvy.
- Must have excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
