Multimedia Designer

Job description / Role

The Multimedia Designer will bring the brand to life through innovative visual content, animation, and motion graphics. Responsible for conceptualizing and producing multimedia assets across various digital platforms, this role enhances brand engagement and storytelling, supporting dynamic marketing campaigns. We are looking for candidates with experience specifically in the crypto or fintech industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General
· Design and produce engaging motion graphics, video content, and static visuals for social media, campaigns, product launches, and various marketing initiatives.
· Create animated assets, including explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and short-form social videos.
· Ensure consistency in brand identity across all multimedia content.
· Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
· Contribute to the ideation and creative direction of marketing campaigns with a multimedia focus.
· Stay up to date with trends in animation, video production, and multimedia design to drive innovation.
· Manage production timelines and deliver assets on schedule while maintaining high quality.
· Adapt content for different channels and formats to ensure optimal performance and engagement.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· 5+ years of experience in multimedia design and animation, with a portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, and static design.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and animation tools.
· Experience in video editing, storyboarding, and post-production workflows.
· Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
· Advanced skills in motion design and animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
· Strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
· Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
· Ability to conceptualize from scratch and bring abstract ideas to life.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Knowledge of video editing, sound syncing, and best practices for compression.
