We are seeking detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shoppers to evaluate and improve customer service experiences across various retail and service locations in Bahrain. This role involves visiting stores anonymously, assessing service quality, and providing honest feedback to help businesses enhance their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated retail and service locations to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall shopper experience.
- Complete detailed reports and questionnaires accurately and on time after each visit.
- Observe and assess staff behavior, product displays, and adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to assist businesses in improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all mystery shopping assignments.
Requirements:
- Excellent observational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality in all assignments.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete reports accurately and promptly.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
- Flexible availability to visit various locations across Bahrain as required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
