Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Visit prospective customers pro-actively to identify sales opportunities
• Ensure high level of customer engagement for the customers tagged to the respective sales executive
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase revenue for the organization
• Keep a track of customers and proportion of business generated from each customer for identifying important customers who provide significant repeat business
• Prepare records/weekly reports highlighting the customer visits done during the week and submit it to the sales coordinator
• Based on outstanding collections report, coordinate with the customers for collection of payments due
• Maintain records of weekly collections and submit it to the sales coordinator as well as to the Finance Department
• Target set up by management should achieved

Requirements

• Should have BSc in Sales and Marketing
• Should have at least 5 years of hands on sales experience in a wood manufacturing or related industry
• Experience of working in GCC countries is also an advantage
• Should have strong sales and customer engagement skills
• Should be capable of engaging the customer, understanding the customer preferences and tastes as well as closing the sales while ensuring customer delight
• Must be capable to communicate effectively and be assertive wherever required
• Must be able to communicate in English
