Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.
- To plan for effective and efficient Store operation
- To delegate authority to his immediate subordinates to carry out their duties.
- To ensure those suitable personnel are selected, developed and ultimately promoted to maintain an effective store organization.
- To provide effective leadership and guidance at all times.
- To ensure that adequate facilitates exist for consultation with subordinates.
- To ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store operations.
- To ensure that all the personnel under his control works and performs efficiently.
- To ensure co-operation with other functions is achieved at all levels.
- To ensure that a balance of supplies between continuous demand and intermittent supply is maintained.
- Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for company, and have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors
- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnership
- Preform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreement

Requirements

- MBA or at least bachelor degree in business or accounting from an accredit university
- Good understating of differences culture dimension
- Charismatic nature
- Negotiating skills, work with suppliers to create the best deals
- Math skills: basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best deals possible
