Project Engineer

Our client is a diversified conglomerate with a rich history spanning over a century. Established in Bahrain, the company has expanded its operations both domestically and internationally. With a wide range of business units, the company offers a diverse portfolio of products and services.

They are currently looking for a Project Engineer to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff as needed.

Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in sales/project engineering (preferably in a relevant industry)
• Experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion (preferred)
