Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

- Working experience in a top tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm with 12+ years of relevant experience and excellent familiarity with the Bahrain local authorities and regulations
- Experience in management and delivery of supervision projects, including team management, schedule and cost control, quality and HSSE management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle, while satisfying the projects’ technical and quality requirements
- Experience in the delivery of construction supervision projects in accordance with project budgets and schedules while satisfying the projects’ technical and quality requirements.
- Experience in managing local client relations, including promoting the company’s capabilities, increasing awareness of the company’s services within the market, attracting new clients and penetrating new markets.
- Bachelor (or higher) degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Excellent computer, interpersonal and leadership skills
