Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, Monitor and Supervise the assigned project.
• Able to prepare the project status report by collecting, analysing, and summarizing.
• Reviewing the design specification and recommend action whenever required.
• Prioritising and organizing project tasks in to the requested timeline.
• To Establish, report and follow up all on non-conformance activities.
• Involved in managing safety rules at site and to make sure the personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility.
• Able to conduct daily briefing with the site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress.
• Responsible in taking immediate action to avoid any cumulative effect of deviation and to recover the delay to finish the task in due time
• Experienced in evaluating and resolving any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed;
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works and completion of the necessary rectification works
• To assist in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
• Provide Technical Support to other site team members.

Requirements

Experience & Qualification Requirements:
• Relevant Postgraduate / Bachelors Engineering Degree - Civil
• 5 years' relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in high rise building projects.
• Experienced in managing the projects in line with best practice and strategy.
• Must be fluent in English – Preferable Arabic.
