Position Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and building construction to oversee and deliver a range of high-profile projects in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor, specializing in civil engineering and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

BHD 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
