Position Overview:
Reporting to the Directors, this is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in pipeline construction / oil and gas projects to oversee and deliver an important project in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning and delivery of the project according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a contractor, specializing in pipeline and oil & gas construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary:
EUR 6,300 to 7,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: (NET) + flights, medical insurance
