Project Planning And Risk Controller/Manager

Job description / Role

• To determine project scope, create work schedules and estimate the resources and costs to deliver the project.
• Help the project manager to coordinate tasks and track the completion of scheduled duties to prevent delays.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow programs.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes, goals and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Tracking project costs and ensuring implementation stays within predicted estimates and the schedule programs
• Ensuring the project has adequate staff to complete each stage on schedule.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Identifying and evaluating risks that can derail project delivery and providing solutions. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Provide periodic dashboard on project status, including budget, schedule, progress development, risks etc.
• Preparing internal and external project reports to Management.
• Providing comprehensive project data to team to help them work more effectively.
• Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling process.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders under the Executive Director.
• Prepare high level executive program, risk reports.
• Create KPIs for PMs, Executives etc – Technical and self-development.
• Propose any R&D in Engineering.
• Manage the PM software Crest Do.

• Minimum 10 Years of Experience
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Responsible for the development and management of the project baseline schedule, cost, risk, and performance measurement system. They will also be responsible for analyzing and forecasting project trends to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. The Project Planning & Risk Control Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, project team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
