Job description / Role
• Ability to handle all aspects to a property, from finding potential buyers, maintaining house/offices integrity, housekeeping
• With four major areas: marketing and financial aspects (collection/payment), tenant and occupancy, facilities of property and administration and strategic management
• Customer focused communications skills (listening, verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task and with problem-solving skill
• Good judgment and interpersonal skill – ability to deal with sensitive customers personnel issues resulting in a positive outcome
• Knowledge of rental legislation and agreements
• Shows initiative and demonstrative sense of ownership
Requirements
• Bachelor in Business Administration or Real Estate & Property Management
• Experience : 3 to 5 years of Experience in Real Estate Property or 4 to 5 Star Hotel
• Knowledge of rental legislation and agreements
