Property Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our real estate properties in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties, as well as maximizing the value of our real estate assets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our real estate properties in Bahrain.
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Develop and implement property management plans, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Negotiate and administer property leases, including rent collection, lease renewals, and resolving tenant issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or tenant issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and local authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to enhance the value and performance of our real estate portfolio.

- Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry, with a successful track record of managing commercial and residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, local real estate laws, and regulations in Bahrain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and property performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage property operations and a team of property staff.
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant tools for efficient property management.
- Professional certifications in real estate management or property management would be an advantage.
