QA QC Engineer

Job description / Role

• Reporting to the Production Manager and managing the QC Foreman/Quality Checkers, you are responsible for the quality control of all products while in process as well as finished products.
• Monitors Daily Production of Crusher, Sand, Block & Kerbs for possible defects.
• Scheduling Daily Aggregate Testing (Moisture content, Sieve Analysis, Sand Equivalent etc.)
• Arranging daily Sampling from Daily Production
• Prepare any quality inspection reports and test certificates in every finished product and ensure it meets the standard as ordered by the customer.
• Coordinate closely with the Production Department in assuring the required standard of customer’s order. Assist Production Foreman/Machine Operator to check the machine setting to maintain good quality result of the product.
• Prepare sample for customer and conduct customer site inspection to check the quality of products if necessary.
• Inform and maintain the validity of calibration of testing machine and other measurements used for inspection.
• Maintain files and records of QA/QC Department.
• Perform other quality-related duties from time to time.
• Inspect and test all incoming raw materials according to its specification from Delivery Notes and Mill Certificates.

• Educational Qualification: University or Technical Graduate
• Experience Required: Experience working in a Quality Engineer capacity overseeing Quality
• Control Laboratory for Concrete Blocks, Sand Washing Plants, Crushing Plants etc.

Salary:
BHD 800 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
