Quality Inspector

Job description / Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Interior Quality Inspector** to ensure the highest standards of quality across all hotel rooms, facilities, restaurants, and common areas. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain a pristine and functional environment, identifying and addressing maintenance needs to guarantee a top-tier guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and Assess: Thoroughly check all rooms, facilities, and common areas for cleanliness, operational functionality, and aesthetic quality.
- Spot Issues: Identify any damage, wear and tear (e.g., broken TV, chipped paint, tiles needing replacement), and coordinate timely repairs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and design teams to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Report findings, suggest improvements, and ensure that all spaces meet company quality standards before guests arrive.

What We’re Looking For:
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot anything that needs fixing or updating.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams.
- Previous experience in interior inspections or hotel operations is a plus.
