QA/QC Manager – Mechanical Backgound with Industrial & Refinery Experience

• Salary Up to 2,700 BD Plus Visas, Flights, Medical & Bonus
• Mechanical & Electrical Contractor with 50 Years success across Bahrain
• Accredited with ISO9001:2015, ISO140001;2015 & ISO45001:2018. Superb ability to deliver the highest quality within Shutdown & Maintenance Projects (EPC)
• Interested to relocate to Bahrain and work with an Industry leader within EPC & Industrial Services.
• This business boasts a strong client list and order book, this role is about managing the highest levels of efficiency from your Quality Control Inspectors, Welders, Material Inspection Team, QMS team, ISO Co-Ordinator’s and Quality Assurance.

Role
• Based full time in Bahrain splitting your time between the Head Office and Projects
• Managing and implementing the Integrated Management System. Ensuring customer happiness and continuous improvement within Inspection Services and services provided
• Working with clients, sub-contractors & Third-Party Inspectors
• Managing the ISO for Integrated Management Systems
• Driving the highest standards on Welding, Painting, NDT, Codes & Standards
• Coordinating schedules and deadlines
• Handling internal and external audits
• Review and analyze Nonconformities
• Lead by example and pushing for the best teamwork, productivity and right first-time attitude

• Do you match the following (BELOW)
• Prior Middle East experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a master’s in mechanical engineering
• Clear Auditing experience matching above
• 10 Years working within Quality, Manufacturing / Oil & Gas related Project
• Currently based in the Middle East able to attend face to face interviews in Bahrain in February/ March 2025 LATEST
• Can you communicate clearly, calmly and professionally internally and to external partners
