Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare BOQ
- Prepare Quotations
- Prepare tendering documents, specifications, in general conditions, Pc sum , Scope of Work etc.
- Prepare project schedule by MS project or etc.
- Prepare and submit subcontractor agreements and Scope of Work
- Prepare materials qty for projects
- Control budget and materials purchasing and orders
- Prepare variation orders
- Prepare progress invoices
- Build-up , Subcontractors and Budget reports

Requirements

Senior Quantity Surveyor Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Specialized knowledge: Construction practices , quantity surveying ,MEP and finishing
- Computer Skills: Microsoft office, MS Projects, AutoCAD etc
- Language: Speaking and writing in English or Arabic and English
- Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience: prefer 7 years work experience in different levels of projects and Tendering and Budgeting Control - in Bahrain

Site Civil Supervisor Qualifications:

Education:
- Civil Engineering Diploma

Specialized knowledge:
- Construction practices (drawings , levelling , preparing steel schedule , carpentry ,quantities )
- Knowledge in quantity surveying
- Computer Skills: Microsoft office , AutoCAD

Language:
- Speaking and writing in English or Arabic
- Experience: prefer 4 years work experience in the same field in Bahrain
- Driving License
