Job description / Role
Gulf Connexions has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Bahrain who has requested our assistance in their search for a Receptionist to join the team in their new offices. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a corporate environment previously and has the skills to be able to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines. This is a dual role covering both reception and administrative duties.
- Have full responsibility for the day to day operations of the reception area.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Meet and greet all visitors at reception.
- General administrative and office support duties.
Requirements
- 2 years previous experience in a similar roles within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
