Employment: Full Time

The company:

Our client is a leading Entertainment Company in Bahrain and currently they are looking for Receptionist & Hostess.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing a warm and friendly relationship with guests in person, on the phone, or through email
• Managing reservations
• Knowledge of all aspects of the Adventure Cube and the ability to properly answer all customer inquiries
• Assisting customers in purchasing all types of Adventure Cube tickets
• Assisting with retail sales including the management of cash, credit cards, and point of sales systems
• Solving problems that inevitably arise with logistics, large group bookings, rescheduling, and customer service issues
• Composing and sending out correspondence
• Assisting other staff in job duties
• Assisting with facility upkeep and maintenance
• Sets up and cleans up birthday parties.
• Hosts birthday parties and leads activities for children.
• Assist party participants with check in and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit.
• Attends all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.
• Responds quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situation; completes necessary paperwork and notifies the appropriate professional staff member.
• Assists with the general maintenance/upkeep of party areas.
• Enforces all rules and regulations promptly and professionally; notifies the appropriate professional on duty staff member of inappropriate behavior of facility users.
• Filling the goodie bags and get the cake out of the freezer.
• Set up the birthday party area before the special guests arrive.
• Give instructions to the parents on the time frame of the party.
• Answer any questions the guest might have.
• Coordinate with third party providers and suppliers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• You should have a minimum 2-4 years of experience
• You must have Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• You should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving and able to deal with issues
