Recruitment Consultant

Job description / Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment- Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process.
• Executive level headhunting
• Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships.
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive sales environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years previous experience working within the recruitment industry ideally with exposure to the Financial, Legal, Insurance or Engineering sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Recourse Management or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Exception time management and organizational skills.
