Job description / Role
Due to business growth, we are currently in search of a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Step 2 Teaching. Seeking a candidate who has excellent levels of English, who is professional, motivated and adaptable. Seeking a Recruitment Consultant who is hard working, personable and a quick learner and enthusiastic.
Step 2 Teaching specialises in the recruitment of Teachers and Leaders for schools across the Middle East and Far East, offering our clients support to find suitable educators for thier schools. We pride ourselves on offering a professional service to our clients with honestly and integrity, as well as offering support to our candidates with their application, interview process and preparing them for working overseas.
Responsibilities:
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working closely with schools and educational bodies, supporting them in their recruitment and finding suitable teachers and leaders for their schools.
- You will be responsible for advertising jobs online on various job boards, our website and social media accounts
- You will build a network of candidates and keep them updated on suitable jobs
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will register candidates and go through appropriate screening
- You will prepare candidates profiles according to the clients requirements
- Arrange interviews and support candidates with job offers, as well as support candidates whilst they prepare to move overseas
This role is part time (working 3 days per week) You will be required to work in Jannusan for the first month for training, then you can work remotely or from home 2 of the 3 days per week.
The offer:
- This role offers a monthly salary of between 400 - 500BD per month (working 3 days a week) Working 2 days a week from home, with 1 day a week being based in the office in Jannusan
- Uncapped commission starting at 2000 BD per annum
- Work Visa
- Laptop will be provided
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will already be based in Bahrain
- You will have experience in administration and recruitment
- Be presentable and personable, able to communicate well via email, over the phone or in person.
- You will be a self-starter and motivated, able to work at a fast pace and deliver an excellent service to our clients.
- You must be proficient in English and be sales focused, able to work to KPI's and exceed them where possible
Salary:
BHD
400 to 500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
