Position: Reinsurance Business Producer
Reports to: Head of Reinsurance
Location: Bahrain

About Company & Role Purpose
Responsible for originating and managing reinsurance business within the MENA region, focusing on business development, client relationship management, and accurate placement of facultative and treaty reinsurance solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Identify, develop, and secure new facultative and treaty reinsurance opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with cedents and reinsurers in MENA markets.
• Prepare market submissions, coordinate placement strategies, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance with CBB regulations.
• Meet annual premium production and revenue targets set by management.
• Annual gross premium written versus target.
• Commission/fee income achieved versus target.
• Number of new cedents onboarded within the year.
• 100% timely submissions and documentation accuracy.
• Retention of assigned accounts above 90%.
• Minimum number of reinsurer and cedent meetings per quarter.
• Zero compliance breaches and adherence to CBB standards.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in market analysis and negotiation strategies.
• Familiarity with CBB regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
