Job description / Role
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential clients to assess their financial performance capabilities in order to establish the strength, credit worth strategy of the business and to ensure conformity with legal and credit policies as well as Sharia’a requirements
• Monitor customers’ accounts to ensure adherence to limits, credit policies and CBB regulations.
• Adhere to the Bank’s policies regarding credit-processing issues.
• Process client complaints within the corresponding instances.
• Report of any suspicion of security violation/incident to the bank’s systems or/and network to the Risk Department.
• Conduct other duties and special projects as required
Requirements
• Knowledge and sound understanding of Sharia'a guidelines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Arabic language skills), including the ability to manage negotiations and influence people.
• Sales oriented personality.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Able to function in high pressured and fast paced environment.
• Strong team player and confident manner, enthusiasm, willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and build working relationships.
• Able to prioritize activities and deal with sensitive information in confidential manner.
• Good MS Office skills, such as MS outlook, work and excel.
• BSc or MSc in Finance and Banking or a professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CFA.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
