Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Requirements / Configuration Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the Requirements Managemenr system in relation to the Bahrain International Airport Project. They will ensure consistency of information in the requirements management system for the project and contribute for the establishment of reference baselines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the analysis of contractual requirements (in the bid and project phases)
• Tailor the Organization Requirements Management system and related tools
• Ensure the application of Requirements Management process with subcontractors and suppliers
• Participate in the allocation of Requirements to solution elements and components
• Participate in the phase reviews and in configuration audits (FCA and PCA)
• Specify, choose and deploy methodologies (including metrics), tools/platforms necessary to Requirements Management activities
• Plans, Controls and Coordinates all Requirements Management activities
• Coordinate and control of the different Vendors and Subcontractors regarding requirements management

Requirements

• Proven experience of working within the requirements management domain on complex integrated IT, Telecommunication and Security projects and related projects.
• The Requirements / Configuration Manager role requires a sound technical knowledge of all the main technologies/products and subsystems used to implement IT, Telecom and Security services, of the way in which these products/subsystems are integrated, of the related operational scenarios and of the ways they are usually verified and validated.
• Knowledge of System Engineering discipline and processes, CMMI principles will be an important element in the candidate evaluation.
• Proven experience of managing Customer and Suppliers relationships along with capabilities.
