Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE:
- Source, interview and shortlist suitable candidates for clients’ vacancies
- Ensure we deliver on our commitments to our clients
- Enhance the company s brand as a leading, dynamic service provider in the region
- Interview efficiently and thoroughly each relevant candidate
- Optimize Social Networking resources to establish contacts with candidates.
- Deliver first class level of customer service to both our candidates and clients from how you address candidates to how quickly you respond to client needs.

DUTIES:
- Daily review of all uploaded CV's on internal & external databases.
- Interviewing candidates face to face; by phone and via Skype.
- Screen candidates for existing vacancies and submit them for the relevant positions.
- Update the company online database: ensuring all the fields for each applicant are correctly configured.
- Write and post job adverts.
- Search and shortlist candidates for positions we are recruiting for.

Requirements

- University Degree is preferred;
- Conscientious attitude;
- Hard worker;
- Enjoys working in a team environment;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Well organised and diligent;
- Good networking skills;
- Punctual.
