We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced QSR outlet. This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage overall restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to implement strategies for growth and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and control costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, payroll, and financial reports.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost restaurant visibility and sales.

- Proven experience in managing a fast food or quick service restaurant with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
