HSEQ
a. Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with current procedures
b. Hazard Identification
c. Accident Prevention
d. Fire Prevention
e. Implement good housekeeping and Waste Management at well site on daily basis.
f. Control of atmospheric pollution
g. Providing HSEQ Induction and On-job training
h. Conducting Safety Meetings on a regular basis
i. Encouraging active participation of all employees in HSEQ matters
j. Ensuring prompt reporting of all accidents, incidents and near misses
k. Follow up with the client to action Near Misses reported on their behalf.
l. Daily tool box meeting conducted prior starting operation and discuss lesson learn from incidents/accidents.
m. Ensure all equipment are tested and certified and monitor monthly
n. Conduct well site evacuation drill on monthly basis per crew and documents observations.
o. On monthly basis, during weekly safety meeting refresh all employees on using Breathing Apparatus sets.

Operations and Business Process
a. Oversees general rig operations, including the work activities of all rig employees assigned to each rig.
b. Prepares and monitors work schedule to ensure work is completed on schedule and safety processes and procedures are followed and enforced, identifying and correcting safety issues.
c. Provides proper guidance and direction to rig crew on specific tasks to be performed, enforcing safe work practices and conducting training sessions as necessary.

Plans and coordinates job procedures with customers, vendors and other contractors to assure supplies are adequate and work is carried out according to established specifications.
d. Conducts monthly inspections to ensure rig is functioning properly and safely, and maintenance is done regularly and as needed.
e. Prepares required drilling reports and rig operations-related reports, including but not limited to, daily work ticket summarizing work done, materials used, costs and charges
f. Prepares Job Safety Analysis forms with the crew or reviews JSAs completed by crew for quality identifying potential hazards and making suggestions to mitigate them, and completes STOP Observation forms summarizing observations and interventions.
g. Performs other related duties as assigned
