Sales and Marketing Manager - Financial Services - Bahrain

Gulf Connexions is excited to have a brand new position available with a highly reputable client that operates in the Financial Services. Our client specializes in electronic payment systems with aims to grow across the Middle East and African region. They are the most advanced e-payment service provider in the country and constantly processing services in accordance with the payment industry standards.

They have chosen Gulf Connexions to perform an executive search on their behalf, to look for a highly cable Sales & Marketing Manager who will play an instrumental part towards the building a relationship between financial institutions and serving banks locally and on an international level.

Responsibilities:
• Developing the company sales strategy.
• Developing an after-sales strategy.
• Manage marketing activities to increase the branding strength of our company.
• Coordinating international events management to increase our companies Products’ brand awareness.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with extensive knowledge of banking and Fintech solutions.
• Lead the day-to-day Sales Function.
• Identifies potential business deals by contacting potential partners or direct customers; discovers and explores opportunities.
• Develops and maintains accurate forecasting (+ pipeline) and reporting & follow-ups.
• Travel up to 30% (Africa, Levant, and GCC countries).
