Job description / Role
Our Client is a premier real estate company in Bahrain, dedicated to offering top-tier property solutions and exceptional client service. Our team is known for its expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth within the Bahraini real estate market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, possess substantial experience in real estate sales, and have a proven track record of leadership and success in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress against them.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities and strategic partnerships within the market.
- Oversee the acquisition of new clients and manage key client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to position the company effectively.
Sales Management:
- Supervise and support the sales team in executing sales activities and closing deals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, standards, and best practices.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Client Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a sales team.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Location:
- Must be located in Bahrain.
