We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our cleaning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing cleaning contracts for office buildings and commercial properties, ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cleaning services in office buildings, commercial properties, and other facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners to create a strong network and increase sales.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations that meet client needs and outline the benefits of our services.
• Close deals and manage the contract signing and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Coordinate with operations and cleaning teams to ensure service schedules are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Monitor service quality and promptly address client feedback or complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client retention to management.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience working with office buildings, real estate companies, or property management firms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software for effective pipeline management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for assessing client needs and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations.
• Time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Adaptability and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
