Role Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial kitchen solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and tender preparation to contract negotiation and order execution, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Develop and implement business plan to achieve sales, profitability and growth targets, for the division.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and possess deep technical knowledge of kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Prepare detailed sales tenders, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• To provide customers with effective value engineered options.
• Ensure that an accurate recording system is maintained on all proposal submitted to customers.
• Attending and representing the Company in site meetings.
• Establish contacts and relationship with clients, consultants, designer and project managers; good negotiation skills.
• Be involved in Sales Orders, Scheduling, Documentation and stocks.
• Having knowledge of Commercial Lundry, will be added advantage (preferred).
• Provide management with reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales management or sales roles within industrial/commercial kitchens or related industries.
• Proven track record in B2B project-based sales.

Skills
• Strong communication skills, with having a friendly and engaging personality.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and potentially CAD for designs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
