• To develop the company by getting property management deals/contracts plus managing the sales and leasing team
• To build a data base of clients and to study the market competitors
• To make sure that the deals get renewed and clients are satisfied
• Must have real estate back ground and sales or business development background
• Negotiation is an art where the person has to practice in a very professional way, well represented, can manage a team of sales to reach their target and can guide the team and him or herself to new ways to approach the client
